Personal Training

  • Schedule an appointment to meet with one of our trainers who will help you establish your goals and motivation for training, and take you 1185527_229555150528126_1437776395_non a tour of the gym.
  • Your first workout will be an introductory workout to familiarize you with the equipment, our style of training, and the gym.
  • Your trainer will put together a personalized workout program based on your current fitness level, goals, and limitations (injuries..etc).
  • Typically our members and clients work with a trainer 2-3 times per week, with one or two workouts on their own (3-4 workouts per week).

Our trainers are certified, professional, punctual, and have experience working 1233497_567521306630622_2012409745_nwith all types of clients – from beginners to seasoned competitors.
